Attorney Kevin J. Moser is a lifelong resident of Northern Kentucky. He grew up in Park Hills and Ft. Wright, Kentucky, graduating from Covington Catholic High School. For his undergraduate studies, Kevin attended the University of Kentucky, where he graduated in 2005 with a double degree in Classics and in History, both magna cum laude with department honors, as well as from the university's honors program. While studying at the University of Kentucky, Kevin was awarded numerous academic honors, including the Charles Brent Spence award for the highest major GPA in history and induction into Phi Beta Kappa, the nation's preeminent collegiate honor society. Kevin was also honored with the University of Kentucky's Gaines Fellowship in the Humanities, Kentucky's highest academic honor for scholastic achievement and scholarly pursuit.

Upon graduation, Kevin enrolled at the Wake Forest University School of Law in the autumn of 2005. While studying at Wake Forest, Kevin participated in numerous leadership roles in student government in school advisory boards in the areas of career services and law admissions. Academically, Kevin continued to succeed, winning three CALI awards for the highest grade earned in a particular class. For practical legal experience, Kevin interned with the United States Tax Court in Washington, D.C., where he gained exposure and insight into both the intricacies of the US Tax Code as well as the rigors of complex and sophisticated litigation. Kevin also interned with one of North Carolina's most successful criminal defense attorneys, where he contributed to numerous successful criminal issues at the trial level and upon appeal.

Upon graduating from Wake Forest, Kevin returned home to Northern Kentucky to begin his law practice. After serving as Of Counsel with a highly regarded local firm he gained invaluable litigation experience at every stage of a lawsuit, including the trial level. Then, in January of 2010, Kevin struck out on his own and founded Kevin Moser Law PLLC, where he is devoted to practicing principally to criminal defense, domestic relations, and general civil litigation. As his practice has grown and thrived, Kevin has already handled numerous complicated litigation matters, including trust and real estate litigation, federal insurance coverage litigation, and numerous high level felonies at the state level, including serious drug and violent crime charges.
